These are the rules for using Yap Ready. They are written in plain words on purpose. By buying or using the app, you agree to them.
Everything you make with Yap Ready belongs to you. Your videos, your scripts, your captions. Use them anywhere, post them anywhere, make money with them. We claim no rights to your content, ever.
Yap Ready's scripts are written by AI from your own words. AI can be wrong. It can misremember a detail, overstate something, or word things in a way you would not. You read every script before you film it, out loud, on camera. That makes you the publisher. You are responsible for what you say and post, including any claims a script makes about you or your work.
Yap Ready is built on real methods for making better videos. It still cannot promise results. No guarantee of views, followers, going viral, or income. Anyone who promises that is lying to you, and we will not.
Yap Ready lets you import recordings and transcripts to spark original scripts of your own. When you import something, you confirm you have the right to use it. Yap Ready is built to take ideas, never words: it writes a new script in your voice and refuses to copy the source's lines. Even so, you alone are responsible for what you import and for the videos you publish from it.
Do not use Yap Ready to make content that is unlawful, deceptive, or pretends to be someone you are not. Script writing has a daily limit per device so the service stays fast and fair for everyone. We may change limits or refuse service to protect the app and its users.
The AI features need our servers and an AI provider to run. We work to keep them running well, but we may update, change, or retire parts of the service over time. Your videos and anything saved on your phone stay yours no matter what.
Every new user gets 4 free yaps, one time. After that, AI scripts need a subscription: $59.99 a year or $9.99 a month, or the price shown in the App Store where you live. Subscriptions renew on their own until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. If you cancel, filming still works and every video you made stays in your Photos.
We build Yap Ready with care, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from using the app. Your purchase is handled by Apple under Apple's standard terms.
Yap Ready is intended for people 18 and older.
